About Donna Vaughn, RN
Donna Vaughn is passionate about helping leaders and organizations transform challenges into opportunities. With nearly three decades of front-line management experience, she brings a unique blend of business strategy, human behavior expertise, and healthcare insight to every engagement.
Meet Donna Vaughn, RN
Helping people grow—professionally, personally, and purposefully—has been the thread running through Donna Vaughn’s entire career.
A Nashville native with backgrounds in Nursing, Psychology, and an MBA, Donna began her journey in research and critical care nursing at Vanderbilt Hospital and later founded HindSight Services Inc. Her path later expanded into pharmaceutical and biotechnology sales, where she thrived as both a leader and individual contributor. Across every role, one thing remained constant: her passion for developing people.
Donna is a creator at heart and a natural communicator. She is the self-published author of When Lightning Strikes—God Will Illuminate the Message and the developer of The Power Within—Stress Management Made Simple, a program honored with a Silver Award in the international CINDY competition. These experiences deepened her commitment to supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Known simply as “The Coach,” Donna leads without hierarchy and with heart. For more than two decades, she has helped individuals and teams discover their natural strengths, build confidence, and step into their potential—work that led her to become a certified Global CliftonStrengths Coach.
Through HindSight Services, Donna walks alongside her clients as they turn hindsight into insight, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Her work transforms individual contributors into empowered leaders—and leaders into true champions for their people.

About Cassandra Hayes-Branch, RN

My career path has been dedicated to helping people take care of their mental, emotional, physical, and medical well-being—by teaching, motivating, and encouraging them every step of the way.
Meet Cassandra “Sand” Hayes-Branch
A proud Nashville native, Cassandra Hayes-Branch—affectionately known as “Sand”—continues to call her hometown home. Growing up in a family that celebrated sports and physical activity, Cassandra shined both on and off the field. She achieved notable success in track and field, basketball, and softball during her high school years. Her passion for fitness didn’t stop there; at forty, she completed her first marathon and has since participated in many more, often running in support of charitable causes. Cassandra is also a proud PSL holder for the Tennessee Titans.
Professional Journey
Fueled by her enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, Cassandra earned her Associate Degree in Nursing and began her career providing direct patient care in hospital settings. It was here she discovered the crucial role of education in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and prevent chronic diseases.
In 2017, Cassandra joined Hindsight Services part-time, where she broadened her impact by leading a variety of training and educational programs. These included the organization’s award-winning Stress Management workshop, guided meditation resources, and tobacco cessation courses. She served in this capacity for several years, touching countless lives with her dedication and expertise.
Continued Growth and Expertise
Always eager to grow, Cassandra left Hindsight Services to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Relations. With more than thirty years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Cassandra’s career spans hospital care, home health, case management, health coaching, and work as a Clinical Specialist in Biotechnology—where she educated medical professionals on advanced pharmaceuticals.
Current Roles
Cassandra’s enduring strengths lie in teaching, building relationships, collaborating with teams, and educating others. She has now rejoined Hindsight Services, serving as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Tobacco Treatment Specialist, and Global Clifton Strengths Coach-in-training. In her full-time role, she draws on her extensive expertise and passion for education to support individuals in reaching their optimal health and wellness goals.

Cassandra’s approach centers on empowering others through knowledge, motivation, and encouragement. Whether she’s coaching one-on-one, leading workshops, or collaborating with healthcare professionals, her commitment to helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives shines through in all she does.
