Conflict management has moved away from the courtroom to mediation sessions with a trained mediator.  COVID has caused a backlog in legal proceedings resulting in court dates being set as far off as 18 months. Court Ordered Mediation has become a norm. Some Judges order Civil Mediation before booking court dates, hoping that conflicts are resolved outside of a courtroom. My business and medical background-position me to help disputants reach a collaborative solution that honors all parties’ shared interests.

Bio-Ethics Mediation rises to the forefront with the aging population and healthcare disputes.  Disputes among healthcare teams, end-of-life decisions, and care of the elderly estates are among a few that can benefit from the addition of a trained mediator.
