Meet The Team
CEO & Founder
Hindsight Services was founded in 2000 by Donna Vaughn a native to Nashville. She matriculated an Associates Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University. Her interest in the personal development of the mind, body and soul and their connection to professional and personal growth was the driving force behind starting Hindsight Services Inc. She designed an award-winning Stress Management workshop and guided meditation video/audio. That was recognized internationally with a Bronze placement by CINDY 1997. She worked with local hospitals to offer free Smoking Cessation Classes in the community and that led local businesses to contract with her to provide Smoking Cessation Classes for their employees. She took a respite from her love of wellness and pursued a successful career in Pharmaceutical and Bio-Technology as an individual contributor and a sales leader. It was doing this time she also earned her master’s in business from the University of MD. After 15 years of using Clifton Strengths to develop her teams, she earned a Clifton Strength Certification. She has added Cornell’s “The Psychology of Leadership and How To Fascinate certifications, Rule 31 Mediation, Healthcare, and Eldercare Mediation to her armamentarium.
Training Specialist
Cassandra Hayes-Branch
She is a native Nashvillian and continues to reside there. Due to her passion for Healthcare and overall physical fitness, she obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Nashville. She began her nursing career providing hands-on care in hospitals. She recognized that although hands-on care was essential, it was just as essential to teach others how to manage their disease states, and decrease their risk factors which improve their overall health, which decreases the risk of developing more chronic medical conditions as well.
She also recognized a need for additional personal and professional growth. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Human Relations at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. She has more than 30 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse. Besides hospital experience, she has worked in the Home Health industry and has experience in Case Management.
Teaching and educating is her biggest strength. She also has worked in Bio-Technology as a Clinical Specialist. In this position, she educated Physicians, Mid-level Providers, and Nurses on cutting edge pharmaceuticals. She was part of the HindSight Services Inc initial launch and rejoined Hindsight Services in 2017, which has allowed her to continue to educate and teach on a bigger platform reaching many others. Education on Smoking Cessation and Stress Manager is key to decreasing risk factors for many disease states.
